The present invention relates to a water screen controlling system which is installed in a wall, a window, or a space and creates various patterns of water flow or air bubbles and, more specifically, to a water screen controlling system, using an input device and an image scan, which enables a third party such as an ordinary person or an audience to conveniently create various patterns of a water screen by using the input device by including: multiple valve modules; a memory in which a basic signal is stored; the input device to input an arbitrary letter or an image; a trans-board which generates an arbitrary signal according to the letter or image inputted into the input device; and a controller which controls opening and closing of the valve modules according to the basic signal and the arbitrary signal.
