The results in the papers, "A Study on Controllability of Semilinear Integrodifferential Systems in Banach Spaces" [1] and "Controllability of Neutral Functional Integrodifferential Systems in Banach Spaces" [2], are only valid for ordinary differential equations, and for this reason, the examples provided cannot be recovered as special cases.
