The present invention relates to a sink node in which a sensor node is self reconfigurated. The sink node receives a message from the sensor node, infers a required policy based on sensing information when the message with respect of the sensing information from a sensor node, and generates an attribute value program code based on the policy. And a request message to switch to a reconfiguration is transmitted to a target sensor node, which is a target of the policy, and the attribute value program code is transmitted to the sensor node when a switch to the reconfiguration mode completion message is received from the target sensor node.
