The present invention relates to a protein antigen for confirming a rejection response in the xenotransplantation of a pig and a human and a detecting kit including the same and detecting a xenotransplantation rejection response. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antigen for detecting a xenotransplantation rejection response and a kit for detecting the same, wherein the antigen includes a protein antigen exhibiting a difference in a translation process for each developmental stage of a pig. In the present invention, the regulation (a 4-day-old infant, a 19-day-old baby pig, and a 14-month-old adult miniature pig) of protein for developmental steps of the liver using 2-DE and MALDI-TOF has been reported. Eight differently regulated spots have been confirmed from images of three different stages, and five spots have been confirmed as MALDI-TOF MS. Data shown in the present invention provides an important direction related to the developmental stages of the liver of a miniature pig, will help in the proteome analysis of the liver, and will improve our understanding of obstacles for xenotransplantation. The same, as a novel antigen which is differently regulated in each development step, can be usefully used in detecting a xenotransplantation rejection response.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
