The present invention provides an integrated stereoscopic imaging system for a surgical microscope, which includes: a surgical microscope comprising an object lens, a left zoom lens, a right zoom lens, and a left eye lens and a right eye lens; a video adapter device which is arranged between a zoom lens module and the eye lens of the surgical microscope, and includes a pair of beam splitters, a pair of first mirrors, a pair of second mirrors, a pair of iris control devices, a pair of focus control devices and a pair of cameras; and a display which receives an image from the cameras and realizes a stereoscopic image.
