Disclosed is a method of synthesizing pure calcite from a carbonation reaction of desulfurization gypsum by using an intermediate product of captured CO2, and the method is characterized by including: (A) preparing an ammonia solution; (B) aerating carbon dioxide previously collected in the ammonia solution to form a first mixed solution; (C) putting desulfurization gypsum into the first mixed solution obtained from step (B) to from a second mixed solution; (D) filtering the second mixed solution; (E) a first separation step of separating pure calcite from the second mixed solution filtered in step (D); and (F) evaporating the second mixed solution to obtain ammonium sulfate.
