The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a conductive nanowire film having wholly uniform haze and light refractivity while simultaneously having excellent transparency and conductivity; and a touch panel including a conductive nanowire film manufactured thereby. Therefore, the method for manufacturing a conductive nanowire film according to the present invention comprises the steps of: coating a bare film with a nanowire layer including conductive metal nanowires; forming an insulating top coating layer on top of the nanowire layer; and forming an electrode pattern by removing the metal wires while keeping the top coating layer in a non-pattern region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
