The present invention relates to a biomass pretreatment method. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly composition for a biomass hydrolysis pretreatment, which is applied to herbal-based biomass like rice straw, silver grass and reed and wood-based biomass like pine trees and oak trees; to a biomass pretreatment method using the composition; and to a manufacturing method of functional products using the biomass pretreated by the method.
