PURPOSE: A product of cel10-KG41 gene, endoxylanase, is provided to be used for a feed additive and a detergent composition, and to develop biofuel with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An endoxylanase protein derived from a ruminant stomach microorganism of a black goat has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A gene encodes endoxylanase protein. A recombinant vector contains the gene. A host cell is transformed by the recombinant vector. A method for producing a large amount of endoxylanase from the host cell comprises a step of overexpressing endoxylanase by transducing the recombinant vector to the host cells.
