The present invention relates to a rotary device with a plant control device for plant growth, enabling a user to grow desired plants and to manage yield easily by rotating the plant control device on which esculent plants and flowers are planted. The rotary device for plant growth of the present invention includes the plant control device comprising a water tank pot receiving soil, stones, and moisture-absorbing material such as an oasis, a main pot formed on the moisture-absorbing material and in which esculent plants can be planted and a fertilizer pack provided between the water tank pot and the main pot for receiving water from the water tank pot to supply the water to the main pot; a rotary frame having a seating unit maintaining the stacked state of the main pot and the water tank pot by receiving the main pot of the plant control device in the direction of gravity and the water tank pot to the lateral side and including a first direction controller rotating the seating unit in a user desired direction; a connection unit joined to a rotary shaft of the rotary frame to be able to rotate, lifting the rotary frame at a predetermined height to maintain the lifted state, and including a second direction controller to control a rotational direction if necessary; and a fixed supporter being in contact with the ground surface and reconnecting the connection unit joined to the rotary frame to maintain the erect state of the connection unit.
