The present invention relates to a storage box for a measuring cylinder. The storage box for a measuring cylinder according to the present invention comprises a storage box body in a hexahedral shape including a front surface plate, a rear surface plate, a left surface plate, a right surface plate, an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate, and having an empty space formed therein; a front surface cover hinge-combined in front of the front surface plate to block the front surface plate of the storage box body and composed to be able to open and close; a rear surface cover hinge-combined behind the rear surface plate to block the rear surface plate of the storage box body and composed to be able to open and close; a middle plate erected vertically between the front surface plate and the rear surface plate parallel to the front surface plate and the rear surface plate inside the storage box body; a plurality of first supporting holes formed respectively on the front surface plate and the middle plate to be faced horizontally; and a plurality of second supporting holes formed respectively on the rear surface plate and the middle plate to be faced horizontally. The measuring cylinder penetrates the first supporting holes of the front surface plate and the first supporting holes of the middle plate and is supported while lying horizontally by being hung on the circumference parts of the first supporting holes of the front surface plate and the circumference parts of the first supporting holes of the middle plate or penetrates the second supporting holes of the rear surface plate and the second supporting holes of the rear surface plate and is supported while lying horizontally by being hung on the circumference parts of the second supporting holes of the rear surface plate and the circumference parts of the second supporting holes of the middle plate.
