The present invention relates to a safety fence plate with improved appearance. The safety fence plate comprises a base plate with a specific color; a color-emitting plate having a different color from that of the base plate; an image unit emitting the color of the color-emitting plate through a shape of a picture or of a letter, which is engraved in the base plate, to the outside. The base plate with a specific color has the color-emitting plates arranged on top of each other at the lower part thereof, wherein each color-emitting plate is formed by stacked color plates which have various colors. The base plate has a charming image (a picture or a letter) engraved therein, expresses the image by the colors of the color-emitting plate, and thus provides the image with a three-dimensional effect as well as the image expressed with colors to children, thereby stimulating and enriching imagination of the children. A transparent window penetrating into the base plate and the color-emitting plate enables the children to see the outside through the transparent window, thereby providing interesting points for the children and stimulating curiosity of the children at the same time.
