The method for producing a heat-reserving sheet (1000) having wallpaper and PE foam of the present invention comprises a two-sided air cap molding step (S1) of molding a two-sided air cap (1310) by fusing a first sheet (1311) and an embossing sheet (1312); a PE foam fusing step (S2) of fusing and molding PE foam (1200) supplied from a PE foam supplying part (1500) to one surface of the two-sided air cap (1310) in a PE foam fusing part (1600) consisting of a cooling roller; a wallpaper fusing step (S3) of fusing and molding Korean traditional paper (1100) supplied from a wallpaper supplying part (1700) to the other side of the PE foam in a wallpaper fusing part (1800); and a forcibly cooling step (S4) of supplying the PE foam (1200) having one surface fused and molded with the two-sided air cap (1310) and the other surface fused with Korean traditional paper to a plurality of cooling roll parts (1900) in order to be forcibly cooled.
