The present invention relates to a graphene size control method by a mechanical chemical method and a dispersion improving method in an organic solvent. The present invention mechanically pulverizes graphite through a ball mill and manufactures graphene capable of being dispersed in various organic solvents by controlling the size of graphene by a chemical exfoliation method using acids, oxidizing agents and an ultrasonic generator. The present invention minimizes process costs, process time and the loss of raw material, provides a technique capable of easily manufacturing a graphene sheet of a uniform size from nanometer scale to micrometer scale through a mechanical chemical method and facilitates mass-production at low costs by utilizing graphite with relatively excellent price competitiveness. Additionally. The graphene sheet manufactured by the technique is able to be hybridized with a different material as a nanofiller by exhibiting excellent dispersion in an organic solvent.
