The present invention relates to a system to predict a coastal change by monitoring tidal current and tide of a coastal area. The system includes: a tidal level measuring apparatus (T) including a support (100), an identifying device (600), a guide bar (200), a buoyant body (300) in the shape of a disk, an impurity removing device (400) having a spring (440) to elastically support a moving part (420), a distance measuring device (500) having a control unit (530) which calculates the distance from which the buoyant body (300) moves, a tidal level measuring unit (700) which measures a tidal level, and a transmitter (800) which transmits tidal level data; and a coast change predicting apparatus (S) including a receptor (S1) which receives tidal level data from the transmitter (800) of the tidal level measuring apparatus (T), a storage DB (S2) to store coast line location data based on the tidal level, and a coast line setting unit (S3).
