According to the present invention to provide information required for the diagnosis of psoriasis, provided is a method for measuring the expression level or the methylation level of one gene selected from the group consisting of a TP73 gene indicated by sequence number 9 of a base sequence from the biological sample of a subject, a FANK1 gene indicated by sequence number 10 of the base sequence, and a PPAPDC3 gene indicated by sequence number 11 of the base sequence. In addition, according to the present invention, provided are a composition and a kit for the diagnosis of psoriasis, which contain a formulation for measuring the expression level or the methylation level of a gene selected from the group consisting of a TP73 gene indicated by sequence number 9 of a base sequence, a FANK1 gene indicated by sequence number 10 of the base sequence, and a PPAPDC3 gene indicated by sequence number 11 of the base sequence. According to the present invention, the method and the composition are capable of providing the genetic information for the diagnosis of psoriasis, thereby effectively diagnosing the psoriasis.
