The present invention relates to a pair of PCR primers for detecting Fusarium verticillioides and a method for detecting Fusarium verticillioides using the same. In particular, the present invention provides the pair of PCR primers that specifically detects Fusarium verticillioides in a sample, a method for detecting Fusarium verticillioides using the same, and a kit for detecting Fusarium verticillioides. The pair of PCR primers, the method for detecting Fusarium verticillioides, and the kit for detecting Fusarium verticillioides are effective for rapid, simple, and accurate detection of Fusarium verticillioides in an unknown sample.
