The present invention relates to a sanitary bowl enabling a user to eat rice without spilling soup, including a fixed floor plate having a plurality of assembling holes formed in predetermined intervals on a circumferential portion and a plurality of assembling protrusions formed at inner portions of the assembling holes; a plurality of unfolding plates having one ends respectively inserted into the assembling holes while having connection holes into which the assembling protrusions are rotationally fitted in order to be rotationally connected to the circumferential portion of the fixed floor plate, and the other ends assembled to be unfolded toward the outer portion of the fixed floor plate or be folded in the upper direction of the fixed floor plate; a plurality of straw holes formed on each of the unfolding plates at different positions; and a handle convertible protruding piece protruded and formed toward the outside at each free end of one pair of the unfolding plates formed at positions facing each other among the unfolding plates.
