The present invention relates to a social question and answer system using an individualized persona group. According to the present invention, the social question and answer system comprises: a plurality of user terminals and expert terminals; a database which stores identification information of each of the user and the expert and a notice which is posted by the user and the expert; and a social connection server which is communicably connected to the user terminal, the expert terminal, and the database to match the user with the expert so that the user more accurately receives desired information from the expert. Here, the social connection server includes: a persona agent which matches the user and the expert with an automatically generated persona to classify the matched persona into a user persona and an expert persona; a individualized matching engine which matches the user with the expert by using the user persona and the expert persona which are generated by the persona agent; and an application logic which analyzes the users notice with respect to the question and answer to update the persona and the expert matching. To obtain an adequate answer with respect to the question on the social network, the user and the expert automatically belong to the most similar persona, and the user persona and the expert persona pattern-match each other to make an individualized expert persona group, thereby obtaining a more accurate answer with respect to the question.
