USB memory device having functions of wireless signal transmission, wireless power driving, and heat dissipation and USB system using the same

PURPOSE: A USB memory device and a USB system using the same are provided to omit a terminal which is connected to outside and to simply form an internal circuit by wirelessly transmitting and receiving a signal. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) comprises a first side and a second side which are opposed each other. Control semiconductor chips(20) and memory semiconductor chips(60) are mounted in the substrate. A wireless power supply unit(30) wirelessly receives electricity and provides the electricity to the memory semiconductor chips. An optical signal unit(50) transmits and receives data through an optical signal and provides the data to the memory semiconductor chips. A thermoelectric unit(70) controls temperature of the substrate. The memory semiconductor chips, the wireless power supply unit, and the optical signal part are located on the first side. The thermoelectric unit is located on the second side.
