The present invention relates to a Liriope species identification method by analyzing SNP present in a rpoC1 gene of Liriope. According to a Liriope species identification method of the present invention, it is possible to simply, promptly, and exactly identify Liriope species. In addition, by using the same, the origin of Liriope can be identified.
