The present invention relates to an RT-PCT and nested PCR primer set for specifically detecting strawberry latent ringspot viruses (SLRSVs), a composition and a kit including the same, and a specific detection method for strawberry latent ringspot viruses using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a PCR primer set for specifically detecting strawberry latent ringspot viruses, which includes a combination of base sequences selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1, 3, 5, 10, 12, 14 and 15, wherein the combination has a forward primer of sequence number 1, 3 or 5, and a reverse primer of sequence number 10, 12, 14 or 15. The detection method according to the present invention is able to examine plant seeds and tissues at a detection limit more than 1,000 times than the conventional examination method using the antiserum, to react SLRSVs of every systems known so far, and to verify positive and negative reactions, thereby being efficiently used for the industrialization of plant virus RT-PCR examination kits, and the examination of SLRSVs in quarantine sites for imported plants.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
