LAMP LAMP primer set for diagnosing strawberry latent ringspot virus and diagnostic kit comprising the same

The present invention relates to a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primer set for diagnosing strawberry latent ringspot virus (SLRSV) and a diagnosis kit including the same. The LAMP primer set includes four primers. According to the present invention, the primer set reacts with all strains known as SLRSV while not reacting with viruses of other species, thereby having high species-specificity. The LAMP primer set also can amplify genes without using an expensive and specialized apparatus, thereby quickly and easily diagnosing the SLRSV.
