The present invention relates to a mycotoxin citrinin detection method using a silver substrate and Raman spectroscopy. The citrinin detection method includes: a step of producing silver nanoparticles (Ag NP); a step of mixing a citrinin-contained sample with the produced silver nanoparticles; a step of flocculating the mixture by adding a flocculant; a step of obtaining a surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectrum with respect to the flocculated mixture; and a step of comparing the SERS spectrum to a citrinin standard SERS spectrum. The citrinin can conveniently be detected without any preprocessing, and is possible to be utilized in a convenient detection technique to detect swift citrinin toxic at a micromole level.
