The present invention is installed in a device for heat-treating a flat display panel, and relates to a shutter sealing a chamber arranged within a main body of the heat treatment device and a device opening and closing the shutter. The shutter is composed of a rectangular support frame, installs an insulating plate on a rear surface of the rectangular support frame to form an opening and closing door, has fitting protrusions on the bottoms of connection pieces protruding on both sides of the support frame, and has a protrusion portion on the bottom of an extended plate protruding on a central portion of the front side of the support frame. The opening and closing device includes the shutter positioned in the front of each heat treatment unit installed in multiple layers, adhered to an inserting & opening part formed in the main body and the opening and closing door closing or opening the chamber positioned at an inner side of the inserting & opening part; a horizontal movement unit installed at either side of the opening and closing door and moving the opening and closing door by making a moving body connected to a cylinder horizontally push or pull the opening and closing door; and a lifting and lowering unit having a screw within a post standing up in the front of the main body, having a lifting and lowering plate coupled to the screw in a pair manner and installing a cross beam on the top of the lifting and lowering plate. If the screw of the lifting and lowering unit rotates, the lifting and lowering plate and the cross beam move in a vertical direction to raise the opening and closing door which has been moved in the front of the inserting & opening part by the horizontal movement unit and to completely open the door.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
