The present invention relates to a method for screening agents for treating Parkinsons disease, and a kit for the same, moreover, to a method for checking effectiveness of agents for treating Parkinsons disease and a kit for the same. The present invention can find an activation degree of one or more genes selected from groups consisting of heat shock protein 90, heat shock protein 60, and leucine-rich PPR motive-containing protein in cytoplasm under reactivating mechanism of mitochondria as an agent for treating Parkinsons disease. Thus, the present invention can screen the agent for treating Parkinsons disease by monitoring the activation of one or more genes selected from groups consisting of heat shock protein 90, heat shock protein 60, and leucine-rich PPR motive-containing protein. Moreover, the present invention can easily and effectively check effectiveness of conventional agents for treating Parkinsons disease.
