The present invention relates to a turret rotating apparatus. Concretely, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for installing a turret bearing to install a plurality of bearings making sliding contact with a turret inserted into and installed at a moon pool including a vertical opening part formed to penetrate a hull of a ship. The present invention may the apparatus for installing the turret bearing comprising: a turntable part installed in the hull and rotating along the circumference of the turret; a base part including a support unit supporting the turntable part to be rotatable; a standby part which is provided at the outside of the turntable part and to which the plurality of the bearings are sequentially provided; and a plurality of bearing supports supporting the bearings transferred to the turntable part, wherein the bearings supplied to the standby part are transferred to and installed at the bearing supports and the turntable rotates to arrange other empty bearing supports in the standby part after the bearings are installed in the bearing supports.
