The present invention relates to a bio-filtering apparatus and a bio-filtering system for fish farm culture water used for purifying culture water discharged from a fish farm on the ground. The organic matter contained in the culture water is removed by a bead where a microorganism accommodated in an inner space of a bio-filtering water tank is deposited and the solid which cannot be removed by the microorganism is suctioned with the culture water by means of a solid separator provided on one side of the bio-filtering water tank. Then, the solid is naturally precipitated in the solid separator and is discharged out of the bio-filtering water tank with a small amount of the culture water to be concentrated by a solid concentrator. The filtered culture water from which the solid is separated is suctioned in the direction opposite to the direction in which the solid is precipitated in the solid separator so as to be discharged out of the bio-filtering water tank. According to the present invention, the culture water biologically-filtered by the microorganism is suctioned by the solid separator so that the solid such as the ash contained in the culture water can be removed; water pollution attributable to solid drain can be addressed; and culture fish diseases and kill resulting from the formation of an excessive amount of inorganic solid can be prevented even in a case where the solid-removed filtered culture water is reused in the fish farm because the inorganic solid is rarely contained in the reused filtered culture water.
