The present invention relates to a high temperature RFID tag for managing a painting process of a vehicle, in which a first shock absorption material between upper and lower cases, an RFID tag employing a gold ball bonding scheme and a second shock absorption material are sequentially inserted and fixed to withstand at a predetermined high temperature (270 C), and more particularly, a ceramic antenna and a gold wire ball bonding are all employed at a chip bump and both sides of a pattern to configure the RFID tag, so that a technological problem of most of the wires of a part which are bonded become shorted can be improved and a manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced compared to the high priced imports. To this end, the high temperature RFID tag for managing a painting process of a vehicle of the present invention includes: upper and lower cases (10 and 50) constituted by a material for injection molding, which withstands at a predetermined high temperature; a first shock absorption material (20) inserted into and fixed to a back surface central groove part (13) of the upper case (10) for a high temperature shock prevention; an RFID tag (30) fixed to a back surface of the first shock absorption material (20) and employing a gold ball bonding scheme to withstand at the predetermined high temperature; and a second shock absorption material (40) inserted into and fixed to a back surface of the RFID tag (30) for high temperature shock prevention.
