There are provided an antenna of an apparatus for producing RFID label configured to transmit/receive information via radio communication with a RFID circuit element provided with an IC circuit part storing information, a control circuit of the apparatus for producing RFID label configured to create file additional information relating to an electronic file to be processed and to create tag access information to the IC circuit part, and a radio frequency circuit configured to transmit at least the file additional information and the tag access information to the RFID circuit element via the antenna and to write the information in the IC circuit part.
