The present invention provides a method for predicting the life cycle cost (LCC) of educational facilities by extracting an LCC model for each condition which can replace an existing complicated LCC calculation method which cannot be used at the beginning of a project, and selecting an appropriate model according to situations. According to the present invention, the method for predicting an LCC using an LCC prediction system including an LCC prediction server and a database comprises the following steps of: extracting, by the LCC prediction server, main variables having correlations which are equal to or greater than 0.8 by analyzing correlations between variables using previously analyzed LCC cases in the database; providing, by the LCC prediction server, multiple LCC prediction models for each condition according to the main variables; and predicting the LCC of educational facilities using the LCC prediction models for each condition.
