The present invention relates to a travel guide brochure with a travel note function invented to easily decorate users own travel note after traveling using the travel guide brochure which providing lists of attractions, famous places, and famous food of a destination. The travel guide brochure includes inner paper pieces of which one side is bonded by being piled up and a cover composed of a front cover, a rear cover, and a lateral cover covering the bonded sides of the inner paper pieces. The inner paper pieces includes dotted lines vertically formed away from the portions bonded and attached to the lateral cover and release paper pieces vertically formed on one side of the dotted line opposite to the lateral cover lengthwise to be separated while covering an inner portion where an adhering agent is coated. The present invention relates to the travel guide brochure with the travel note function characterized by including at least one inner paper piece including the photo-attaching release paper pieces whereon names of destinations, representative photos and description thereof are printed and covering the portion where the adhering agent is coated along the edge of the photos, a travel recording unit separated formed to enable a user to note, and scheduling stickers formed on the opposite edge of the upper lateral cover to be separated and names of destinations, addresses, and contact numbers are recorded, a time record unit to enable a user note travel schedule by order, a destination record unit where the scheduling stickers of the inner paper pieces can be attached, and a memo unit.
