According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are shoes with a replaceable outsole and a replaceable outsole part, wherein the outsole part can be attached to and detached from the main body of the shoes. The disclosed shoes with a replaceable outsole comprise: a combination part formed on one among the main body of the shoes and the outsole part; and an accommodation part formed on the other among the main body of the shoes and the outsole part and combined with the combination part as the combination part moves relatively to a final position. The outsole part constitutes the whole or part of the lower surface of the shoes with a replaceable outsole and the outsole part is fixed to the main body of the shoes owing to the combination of the combination part with the accommodation part. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the unintended separation of the replaceable outsole part is prevented even if a wear moves fervently, a user can detach and mount the replaceable outsole part easily, the replaceable outsole part is arranged correctly with no gap from the main body of the shoes, and the user does not feel uncomfortable when wearing the shoes.
