The present invention relates to a method for providing teeth data based on an electronic medical record (EMR) system. The method includes the following processes of: displaying an item list in a teeth data service function having multiple divided areas on an EMR screen provided through an EMR service server and having an item formed to correspond to each divided area; executing a preset menu by responding to a data provision request signal related to a specific item in the displayed item list; displaying a teeth image which is layered by unit through an execution of the preset menu at a first position in the divided area; and activating a teeth area or adjacent area layered by unit which is selected by a user input in the teeth image and displaying teeth state data corresponding to the activated teeth area at a second position.
