PURPOSE: An electric power consumption scheduling method for a smart grid and an electric power consumption scheduling system using the same are provided to disperse electric power consumption, thereby minimizing unnecessary surplus power. CONSTITUTION: First level devices comprise smart terminals. The smart terminals include a smart refrigerator (10a), smart TV (10b), and smart washing machine (10c). Electric power consumption scheduling information is reported to second level devices. Smart modems (200a, 200b, 200c) are arranged in third level devices.
