An objective of the present invention is to provide a rainwater discharge chamber in a combined sewerage system which is capable of adjusting a cross sectional area of an orifice to easily control the amount of sewage introduced through the orifice in accordance with a change in a situation. Accordingly, the rainwater discharge chamber in a combined sewerage system includes an inlet connected to a combined pipe of a sewerage system to have wastewater and rainwater introduced from one side; an orifice through which the wastewater and rainwater introduced into the inlet are passed to be discharged to a sewage treatment plant; a flow passage connecting the inlet to the orifice in order for the wastewater and rainwater introduced from the inlet to flow and be introduced into the orifice by being guided by a partition of a predetermined height; and a dewatering outlet which is a through-hole formed to discharge the wastewater and rainwater passing over the partition of the flow passage and connected to a dewatering pipe outside, wherein the orifice includes a fixed hole formed on a wall to have the wastewater and rainwater flowing from the flow passage passed to be introduced to an intercepting connection pipe connected to the sewage treatment plant; and an orifice control board having a central rotary shaft installed on the wall, having a plurality of control holes with different diameters smaller than that of the fixed hole formed with respect to the rotary shaft, and having the control holes cover the fixed hole to control the amount of wastewater and rainwater passing the fixed hole in accordance with the size of the control hole.
