PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmental friendly balancing material is provided to obtain a balancing material with a center of gravity with excellent roughness, permeability, flame retardance, and durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environmental friendly balancing material comprises a step of molding an environmental-friendly composition; a step of putting the composition into a molding machine with a temperature of 0-300= and an inner pressure of 1-20kg/cm^2; a step of compression molding the composition every 5 seconds - 30 minutes; and a step of drying the molded product. The environmentally friendly composition comprises 30-90 parts by weight of one selected from iron powder, sand, and crushed rock; 3-50 parts by weight of a resin coating agent; 0.1-25 parts by weight of inorganic pigment; and 1-60 parts by weight of water.
