A method for producing an yellow soil slice pad provided in the present invention comprises the steps of drying, pulverizing, and sieving yellow soil or kaolin; pulverizing a far-infrared irradiation material; adding water in the sieved yellow soil or kaolin and the far-infrared irradiation material; kneading the yellow soil or kaolin and far-infrared irradiation material having water added therein; extruding and molding the kneaded yellow soil or kaolin and far-infrared irradiation material; semi-drying the extruded and molded yellow soil or kaolin and far-infrared irradiation material; cutting the dried yellow soil or kaolin and far-infrared irradiation material; and drying the cut yellow soil or kaolin and far-infrared irradiation material. The far-infrared irradiation material is mixed with 1-7% of elvan, 1-7% of germanium, and 1-7% of diatomite. In the present invention, soot occurring when charcoal is initially combusted is controlled, and oil falling when meat is heated is absorbed so that soot is prevented. A large quantity of far-infrared rays is irradiated, so that a consumer can experience a deep taste of food ingredients and the outside and inside of the food ingredients can be evenly and simultaneously cooked.
