The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an ultra lightweight foil paper with an expressed melange effect by using a fine denier nylon composite and a woven fabric thereof. The present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing an ultra lightweight foil paper with an expressed melange effect by using a fine denier nylon composite and a woven fabric thereof, which are for manufacturing a fine denier composite with an expressing melange effect by an interlaced composite by using polyamide-based nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester-based polyester yarn and also an ultra lightweight foil paper for outdoor wear easily providing a variety of colors and having naturalness and luxuriousness such as a natural material by taking advantaging thereof. In a method of manufacturing a fine denier nylon composite, a technical configuration thereof is characterized by including the steps of: blending a filament yarn including nylon 6 and nylon 66 and a filament yarn including a polyester and nylon 66; dyeing the filament yarn including a polyester and nylon 66; passing the filament yarn including nylon 6 and nylon 66 and the dyed filament yarn including polyester and nylon 66 through air and replacing mutual arrangement of the two types-filament yarn and confounding a replaced portion at the same time; confounding the two types-filament yarn in a symmetrical structure to manufacture a fine denier nylon composite with an expressed melange effect; and compressing the fine denier nylon composite with an expressed melange effect to manufacture an ultra lightweight foil paper.
