There are provided an IMS profile synchronizing system, a home subscriber server (HSS), a call session control function (CSCF) and an IMS profile synchronizing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an IMS profile synchronizing system includes a CSCF configured to perform a location registration and multimedia call processing function for a user terminal using a session initiation protocol (SIP), and an HSS, configured to receive subscription information of a specific service configured to a user terminal from a sales data processing system, and to re-register the location of the user terminal using a mobility management entity (MME) when user state data for the user terminal is changed, and to transmit initial filter criteria information to the CSCF based on the re-registration of the user terminal. In this case, the CSCF performs 3rd party registration to an application server (AS) when the initial filter criteria information is received from the HSS.
