摘要
The present invention relates to a drill for arranging the surface of an alveolar bone for immediate prosthetic restoration in a flapless implant treatment using a surgical guide, and more particularly to a dental drill for performing a flapless implant surgery mounted on a drill device, A rod-like body mounted on the drilling apparatus and having a locking protrusion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the other end; a bar-shaped body having one end coupled to the other end of the mounting portion; and a coupling groove penetrating through one end and the other end, And a cutting part having a plurality of cutting blades for removing the alveolar bone. The other end of the body is inserted into the coupling groove of the cutting part. The cutting part is installed at the other end of the body. So that the mounting portion is prevented from falling further by being caught by the sleeve hole. According to the present invention, the drilling operation can be performed along the sleeve hole surface of the surgical guide, so that the surface of the alveolar bone can be processed to have a larger size than the hole of the sleeve. That is, the present invention removes the alveolar bone which is interfering with the abutment fastening, so that the abutment can be accurately coupled to the fixture. Therefore, in the flapless implant treatment using the surgical guide, the alveolar bone interfering with the surgical guide and the present invention can be accurately removed, and the abutment can be fastened immediately after fastening the fixture.
