The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of an insulated roof to more firmly fixate a waterproof insulation board where a synthetic resin sheet, a fiber sheet, and an insulation member sequentially is attached, and to a waterproof construction method of an insulated roof using the same. The waterproof structure of an insulated roof includes: the plurality of waterproof insulation board where the synthetic resin sheet, the fiber sheet, and the insulation member sequentially is attached; and a plurality of fixing and connecting units to fixate a gap between the waterproof insulation board positioned in the lower portion of the waterproof insulation board. The waterproof construction method of an insulated roof includes the steps of: arranging a construction surface to flatten and cleanly arrange the construction surface; installing the fixing and connecting units on the construction surface and installing the waterproof insulation board on the construction surface while fixating the gap between the waterproof insulation board; applying urethane foam between the waterproof insulation board and attaching the waterproof insulation board; pressurizing and attaching the fiber sheet to be overlapped on the gap between the waterproof insulation board; applying an adhesive to the overlapped portion of the fiber sheet; impregnating mesh fiber on the adhesive; and adding waterproof urethane on the mesh fiber.
