The present invention relates to a real-time sea observation system, comprising: an underwater monitoring means which is installed in an area to be observed to detect noises under water; an on- water monitoring means to detect moving object information and a moving route on the water through one or more buoys, radar, and automatic identification systems (AIS) which are installed on the water along the area to be observed; and a control means to receive the information obtained by the underwater monitoring means and the on-water monitoring means, wherein the control means compares noise generation information obtained by the underwater monitoring means, the moving object information and the moving route that are obtained from the on-water monitoring means to observe moving object information under or on the water in the area to be observed and sea environment information of the corresponding area, thereby obtaining reliable observation results by collecting various information obtained under or on the water and by analyzing the observation information on a regional basis beyond the observation information on a point basis by observation equipment located under or on the water in the sea to be observed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
