MINIMIZING CALL DROPS DURING A SERVING CELL CHANGE

This method is disclosed for minimizing the serving cell change during a call disconnection . A first measurement report message requesting to change the active set of a user equipment (UE) is received from the UE. Indicating the change of the best cell and the second measurement report message requesting a serving cell change of the target cell is received from the UE. The second measurement report message is processed before the first measurement report message has been processed . ;
