The present invention relates to a real estate trading server, a real estate trading system, and a control method thereof. A control method of a real estate trading system including a real estate trading server and an agent apparatus according to the present invention comprises a step of enabling the real estate server to register information on real estate for lease by receiving the real estate information from a first terminal controlled a current hirer; a step of the real estate server receiving a trade request signal in regards to the registered real estate for lease from a second terminal operated by a potential hirer and transmitting the trade request signal to the agent apparatus; a step of enabling the agent apparatus to register information which is necessary for lease contract between the owner of the real estate and the potential hirer according to the trade request signal; a step of settling in regards to the lease contract to allocate a part of the amount deposited from the potential hirer and the owner of the real estate to the real estate server after a lease contract is finalized between the potential hirer and the owner of the real estate; and a step of enabling the real estate server to perform settlement of reallocating a part of the amount allocated by the agent apparatus to a portion of the current hirer.
