The present invention relates to a functional wooden pillow for cervical vertebrae, comprising: a concave curved portion (10) in the middle of a body; support portions (20) formed convexly on both sides of the concave curved portion (10); a inner hollow portion (30) formed by passing and cutting through the center of the body; a long groove (40) for aeration formed by cutting through the front end side of the lower portion; and support projections (42) formed on both sides of the long groove (40) for aeration.
