The present invention relates to a boiler module for district or central heating without a combustion structure considering desiccant cooling operation, the module comprising: a desiccant cooling unit including a housing, a heating unit arranged in a first channel of the housing, a desiccant rotor arranged in the housing, and a cooling unit arranged in a second channel of the housing; a first and a second heat exchanger exchanging heat of warm water heated by heat sources provided from the outside; a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe connected to the first heat exchanger; and a circulation pipe connected to the second heat exchanger and the heating unit, wherein water for hot-water supply exchanges heat with warm water passing the first heat exchanger, and is heated, and hot water is supplied, and warm water heated by heat sources provided from the outside is used as heat sources needed in the heating unit of the desiccant cooling unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
