Disclosed are a regenerative incinerator poppet valve using packing for reducing leakage, and a regenerative incinerator using the same. According to the present invention, a poppet valve used as an intake or exhaust valve of a bed type regenerative incinerator comprises: an air cylinder to transmit reciprocating motion of a disk as air pressure; a valve main body located in the upper part of the air cylinder to transfer an organic gas to a bed and to discharge a burned gas; a shaft connected with the air cylinder, and located in the central shaft of the valve main body to transmit the reciprocating motion of the disk; a stopper fixed while surface contacting the upper end of the valve main body, to stop the downward motion of the disk, and to support sealing packing; a disk fixed to the upper part of the shaft and reciprocating, to allow the gas to flow in and out between the valve main body and the bed in an open state, and to block the gas from flowing in and out between the valve main body and the bed in a close state; and the sealing packing fixed while surface contacting the upper end surface of the stopper, and in contact with the lower part of the disk in a close state of the disk.
