For this, provided is a movable separating device for oil in the ocean, which comprises: a suction pipe comprising a detachable fragment having a plurality of detachable balls, and including a mesh on a suction hole; an extension pipe for transporting the suctioned seawater and oil; a suction pump for suctioning oil leaked to the ocean; an oil separation container for storing the transported oil and seawater; a vertical partition wall formed in the center to control a seawater discharge flow; an inclination plate; an oil discharge hole; a seawater discharge hole; a pedrail for easily transporting the oil separation container; a storage unit connected to the oil discharge hole; a recirculating unit for forming a pipe line in which seawater before separating oil from water can be recirculated; a valve for opening and shutting a pipe line of a recirculating unit; and a level marking part for observing the inside of the oil separation container.
