The present invention relates to a heat loss prevention door of a warmer or a commercial oven where a door having a heat loss prevention device is hinged. The heat loss prevention device is installed in the lower side of an inner door panel, and a support body is inserted into a coupling groove and is bent. A tilting panel is integrally formed in a lower end part of the vertical support panel and the side panel, and the support body is coupled with the other side of a drive link and the other side of a slave link. One side of the driving link and the slave link is coupled to the prevention panel, and a driving spring is installed between the driving link and a hinge shaft to provide power required for reciprocating movement. An entire rear surface of the coupling groove has an opened shape and having a trolley insertion groove in the lower side thereof. A protrusion is installed inside both sides of the trolley insertion groove. Therefore, the present invention obtains food having inherent taste and flavor to fulfill consumer satisfaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
